These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern Your use of The Lash Room by Jamie website located at www.lashroombyjamie.com (our site) and form a binding contractual agreement between you (You, Your) and The Lash Room by Jamie. By using this Site, You acknowledge and agree that You have had a sufficient opportunity to read and understand the Terms and that You agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not continue to use the Site. These Terms were last updated in January 2021.

Returns

If You are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a refund or exchange providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date and the original sales receipt is present; and

  • Items must be in the original condition as purchased and the product has not been opened.

Once we receive the returned item The Lash Room by Jamie will then give a full refund (excluding transaction and shipping fees.)

Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

The Lash Room by Jamie will not issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or you may not be eligible for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in a return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Products

Damage

If You receive any products in a damaged condition, We may issue You credit in the amount paid for the products or send replacement products at our discretion if You notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask You to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.

Risk

Risk of damage, loss, or deterioration to products passes to You on delivery in accordance with these Terms.

Title

Products ordered by You remain in our property until You pay for them in full.
